This mesh belt dryer is the key machine of aminoplast production. We provide 4 types dryers for customer's choice, 2000~5000 type.

With professional chemical process engineers who has over 40 years experience in producing Urea Formaldehyde and Melamine Formaldehyde moulding powder, WUXI HUIHAO design and manufacture this special dryer for our domestic and foreign customer. We provide easy temperature control system.

APPLICATION:

1). Especially suitable for continuous production of single species and massive aminoplast. Time setting for Materials travel is120~160 minutes. Temperature setting for each section is 40~120 degree.

2). For drying other materials (medicine, other heat sensitive chemical materials, etc.), the travel velocity of the web belt can be set.

ADVANTAGES:

1).Even air distributor, preventing uneven dryness;

2).Overturning device, preventing material lumping;

3)Good seal, works at negative bias, no smell leaking out, high dehydrated efficiency;

4). Good utilization of warm air, less waste, high thermal efficiency. Only around 1.8T steam consumption for drying 1 ton of aminoplast.

5) Light loading machines attached at the front, material is not easy to get stuck in the net. Lifetime of mesh belt is extended.
